1. Where do you ship?

We currently ship to the United States and offer reliable delivery across all states.


2. How long does shipping take?

Our average delivery time is:

  • Standard Shipping: 7–12 business days

  • Processing Time: 1–3 business days

You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.


3. How do I track my order?

As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking link.

4. What payment methods do you accept?

5. What is your return/refund policy?

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, contact us within 7 days of delivery and our support team will help you with a replacement or refund.

6. Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders can only be modified or canceled within 12 hours of purchase because we start processing immediately.
After that, changes may not be possible.


7. My package shows delivered but I didn’t receive it.

Sometimes carriers mark items as delivered a little early.
Please allow 24–48 hours.
If it still doesn’t arrive, contact us — we’ll help you sort it out.
